The wood-burning stove provides a cozy, welcoming warmth, perfect for cozy evenings after a day of exploring. • The dining room, which is an extension of the living room, features beautiful white walls and elegant oak hardwood floors, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. It opens directly onto the veranda, offering soothing views of the orchard. A display case offers porcelain tableware and silverware, allowing you to create beautiful family meals and share convivial moments around the dining table. • Kitchen: Bright and welcoming, the kitchen combines authenticity and comfort. Fully equipped (range hood, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer section), it makes cooking easy. A large, refurbished farmhouse table seats up to eight guests for moments of sharing around great meals. The authentic tilework and the fireplace with an insert complete the picture, creating a warm and distinctly family-friendly atmosphere. • Bedrooms: The property has four large bedrooms, designed for comfort and relaxation. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three are upstairs. All feature a wooden floor that enhances the house’s warm and authentic atmosphere. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and another has two 90-cm (35-in) single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The first, more intimate bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a very large bathroom offers all the necessary comforts, with a shower cubicle equipped with massage jets, a corner bathtub, and a double vanity unit. The toilet is located in the upstairs bathroom, while on the ground floor, it is separate. • Veranda: Spacious and bathed in light, the veranda is accessible directly from the dining room.
