With double insulation canvas on the ceiling that allows for a seamless transition between raw nature and simple comfort, our Glamping Tents are located right at the doorstep of the beach. Each Glamping Tent offers 12 m2 of interior space, outer insulation for shade, large windows with mosquito screens, racks and hangers to store your clothes, a fan, and electric outlets and one King Size bed. Our Glamping Tents share outdoor communal showers and bathrooms. The space You will be immersed in 33 hectares of untouched jungle sanctuary. Zūnya is hidden away from prying eyes in the town of Malpaís, a secluded spot on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. This region is one of only five blue zones in the world. Guest access A stay in one of the Safari Tents will give you access to the secluded bay beach with a surf break during high tides. We have a plant-based restaurant, Nula, on the land which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well access to a shared kitchen, the Nucleo, for our guests to cook themselves a meal. We have high-speed internet as well as a covered place to work in case it rains. The land has many areas for you to explore. From a volleyball court, garden slackline, an orchard, wood workshop, yoga shala and many secret jungle spots. Alongside our restaurant, Nula, we have designed a nourishing plant-based menu made from fresh, locally farmed ingredients. However, if you’d prefer to prepare your own meals, the communal kitchen is available for use. We do ask that you abstain from cooking any type of animal protein. - Cold water improves circulation, relieves depression, keeps skin and hair healthy, and strengthens your immune system. With this in mind, the showers at Zunya offer only cold water in order to provide our guests with all the benefits that cold water therapy represents. There is one communal hot shower should you prefer. - To regulate our daily consumption of energy, there is no AC available inside our rooms. All of the rooms have a fan to help keep guests cool and comfortable during nighttime.
