Double room in brand new home

Relax in a brand new, stylish space. We are perfectly placed for flights, located within a 5 minute drive from Stansted Airport, with a regular bus route a 2 minute walk away. From Stansted, you can get into London by train in 40 minutes. We can provide hot drinks, as well as a range of cereals, pastries or toast for breakfast. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Longer stay parking can be provided for an additional fee, and considerably cheaper than airport parking. The space The double room is part of a family home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, near Stansted Airport but not on the flight path. We overlook a local church and large fields, which guests have said is very peaceful. There is a large kitchen/diner that you can use, family bathroom right next to the room and a downstairs toilet/utility with washing machine which can be used upon request. Guest access Guests are more than welcome to use the kitchen/diner downstairs, as well as the garden. The guest room is located upstairs next to a large family bathroom which can be solely for your use during your stay. We have a range of toiletries provided in a basket for you to use as needed. During your stay Chris is often home during the day and can support you with any questions. You are welcome to chat about the area and our young daughter will usually tell you funny and charming stories - she loves to talk about her Lego! Other things to note By train, you can travel from London Liverpool Street to Stansted in around 40 minutes, or Tottenham Hale in just over 30 minutes. We are then a short 5 minute bus ride away (or a 25 minute walk). Not far from the house, around a 10 minute walk is a small convenience store, fish and chip shop and small pub. We have both worked with international students for many years and our family have been Airbnb hosts for over 10 years. We enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their experiences.
