An idyllic, peaceful oasis on the high plateau at the foot of the Moritzberg: pure nature & close to the city Just go on vacation – in this spacious, newly renovated vacation rental. Nature at your doorstep: ideal for hiking, biking, or just taking a deep breath. A real insider tip just outside Nuremberg for anyone who loves the outdoors but wants to be within easy reach of the city. In just a few minutes by car or bus, you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train), which then takes you directly to Nuremberg Central Station in just 15 minutes. The space Our holiday apartment is located in the attic of a detached 2 family house located in the center of Haimendorf and was completely renovated in 2025. There are 2 bedrooms (1x king-size double bed and 1x 2 single beds), in which a children's travel cot can also be easily set up. Both bedrooms are each equipped with their own TV. In the cozily furnished living room, there is a sofa bed with a lying area of 135x200 cm, which offers another place to stay. A TV is also available here. Music can be streamed via an Alexa depending on your own taste. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen-living room, which invites you to linger with a dining area for 4-6 people. It is equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, also with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a Caffissimo capsule machine. A basic stock of tea, coffee, jam and honey, spices, vinegar + oil, sugar and salt is provided. A selection of beverages is also available in the apartment at cost. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bath. A set of cozy hand , shower and guest towel is provided. There is also a basic set of items for body care and a hair dryer. Guest access Keyless check-in using a PIN code and RFID chip – if more than 2 chips are needed, please let us know. Other things to note Please keep in mind: For a booking for two people, one bedroom will be locked. You are welcome to choose your own bedroom.
