Host 12-14Pax So it should be perfect if you travel with family or in a big group. The house is cozy, nicely designed and fully furnished. Especially our rooftop yard with clear sky sea view and BBQ amenities. - All of our bedrooms have Smart TV with Netflix - Front yard with clear sky view & BBQ - Back yard with fully sea view and pool view - Intellectual neighborhood - Bathrooms with water heater, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and towels provided. - Fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, pots, pans and other amenities more than enough to cook a meal. Other things to keep in mind - Located in an private area so please inform us your check in/check out time so our butler can come and support you when you need - For the sake of safety, all electrical equipment and switches must be turned off when not in use. - Please respect the community, maintain the cleanliness of the area and do not make too much noise. - Smoking is not allowed indoor but you are allowed to smoke at our front yard. Guest access There is nothing like a home away from home so feel free to settle in. The whole house is just for you and not shared with anyone else.
