Welcome to our charming home in the Gers countryside, just 7 minutes from Fleurance and close to the golf course and the Hamlet of the Stars. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries, during a relaxing stay with family or friends. The house offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in a cozy, authentic atmosphere. You can also relax by the pool or gather around the plancha in a friendly atmosphere. The space Discover our renovated 1850s house, which combines the charm of the old with optimal comfort and generous space. The house features: - A large living area including a living room with a fireplace and a living room with a TV. - A charming kitchen with a Lacanche stove that will delight your taste buds. Two coffee machines are available: a filter coffee maker and a classic Nespresso machine. - A large laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage to complete the comfort of the home For sleeping, there are 5 bedrooms upstairs, including one connecting room with a desk and a dormitory with 3 beds for younger guests. Each bedroom is equipped with new bedding and storage space. Both new upstairs bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower. A third, additional bathroom with shower on the ground floor is available for your use. The house has 3 toilets: 2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. The house can accommodate 10 guests. If you wish to host 1 additional couple or, more simply, you want more space or independence, we can open our single-storey cottage for booking upon request. This unit includes one bedroom with a double bed, a new bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a TV/living area. Please note that the cottage is not occupied when the house is rented. Wi-Fi Outside, you can enjoy the secure saltwater swimming pool, a shaded wooden deck for your aperitifs and meals, outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. Nestled at the end of a lane, the property enjoys unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. Peace and quiet and nature await you, while still being close to Fleurance. Please note that our property is not fenced. Pets not allowed. A hiking trail runs along the property, ideal for walkers, and the golf course is less than 2 minutes from the house. Guest access Free parking Electric vehicles can be charged using a household outlet in the garage for a fee of €100 per week. Payable on site. Other things to note Completely non-smoking. The house should be returned tidy inside and out, and the kitchen clean. The pool does not have a safety barrier but has a standard-compliant alarm. For small children or those who cannot swim, parental supervision is essential and the parents' responsibility. Linens and towels are included in the stay. No pets allowed. A security deposit of €1,000, payable by check, will be required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to the condition of the accommodation. The house, the saltwater pool, and the one-and-a-half-hectare unfenced property are at your disposal in complete privacy. For golfers, the location is ideal for playing a 9-hole round, just 2 minutes from the house. For walkers, a hiking trail runs alongside the house and connects to the Way of St. James. For astronomy enthusiasts, you can go stargazing in the dome of the Universe Exploration Dome in the Hamlet des Étoiles, just 2 minutes from the house. Finally, every Tuesday, come to the local artisanal market in Fleurance to sample the fine products of the Gers region, around the medieval Bastide of Fleurance. Plenty of other activities await you in a region rich in things to explore.
