The living room with a fireplace opens through large French doors to the outdoor patio with a swimming pool. The kitchen with island is fully equipped. The three bedrooms — two doubles and one with a three-quarter-sized bed — all have access to panoramic terraces and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Two extra cots are available upon request. The two bathrooms are elegant and functional: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Outside, the garden surrounds the entire property, with both vehicular and pedestrian access. The barbecue area is separate and covered, and the parking lot comfortably accommodates 3 cars. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests and is equipped with an umbrella and sun loungers. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Casentino, with a panoramic view towards Poppi and La Verna. On request, we can arrange walks, hikes, e-bike excursions, and tastings of local products.
