While the pier adds to the scenery, it belongs to the condo next door and is not available for our guests to use. And the beach! Your sandy backyard playground is the Gulf of Mexico. YOUR HOME AWAY FROM REAL LIFE Our condo can sleep 4 adults + 2 pre-teens. 1 private bedroom with king bed 2 short twin bunks in hallway (only pre-teens permitted) 1 sleeper sofa with queen bed Full service kitchen with Keurig Smart TV & satellite High-speed WiFi Washer and Dryer ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DETAILS Location: Emerald Skye 31 is located at 26034 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561 Check-in is 4 pm central time. Check-out is 10 am central time. Complimentary luggage carts and elevator are available. IMPORTANT NOTES The responsible renter must be 25 years or older. No pets, no smoking (not even on balcony), no exceptions. Changes to dates within 14 days of guests reservation are not allowed. Cancellation policy strictly applies. The pier next door is strictly off-limits to Emerald Skye. Yes, it's alluring, but it's private to that other condo. WHAT ABOUT HURRICANES?? Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, all pre- and post-storm information concerning Emerald Skye Condominium will be posted on the Madarinn Group website. Hurricane information for the City of Orange Beach can be found here. Our regular cancellation policy applies, except when Orange Beach is under a mandatory evacuation order. You may want to purchase your own private Travel Insurance.
