Les Demeures d'Ines - FOUCHERES The space This characterful property can accommodate up to 12 people and comprises two separate accommodation units. The main stone house, cosy and full of character, can accommodate 10 people. It is located on the first floor of a shop selling local products, a real invitation to discover the flavours of the region (local and artisanal products from the estate and neighbouring producers). You will have a living room with a fitted kitchen and a lounge and dining area for socialising, a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a separate second toilet. For sleeping, you will have the use of a double room and two family rooms, each with a double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine level. For greater privacy, a separate, single-storey annexe for two people is also available on the property, ideal for a couple or for guests wishing to enjoy a quieter space. It offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, toilet). Outside, you can enjoy the terrace for summer evenings and barbecues, as well as for moments of relaxation (deckchairs). Parking on the property. Beds made, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price of the stay. Towels available at an additional charge (€5 per person). Depending on the time of year, you can observe the farm in action, go behind the scenes to see how cereals are processed, or simply soak up the unique atmosphere of a place where agriculture and craftsmanship come together. You will have the opportunity to take part in tours and tastings of our beers (by reservation) or attend one of our pizza evenings. The flour from our cereals is ground on site, and the wood-fired bread we sell on the farm is also baked here, twice a week. With its authentic stonework, immersion in the heart of the farming world and gourmet delights, this gîte is the perfect place to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends, while experiencing the true character of the local area.
