Exact location: 44°51'17.8"N 9°41'47.3"E The space The accommodation is spread over two floors and is organised as follows: Ground floor: - KITCHEN with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV; - OUTDOOR AREA with dining table and sofa; - BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet; - POOL (open from June to September) with GARDEN and children's slide. Upper level: - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed) and wardrobe; - BEDROOM III with double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.
