Amble to Perlubie Beach by foot and embrace this idyllic piece of paradise. The space The Lookout offers an exceptional connection with nature. Wake up to the soothing sounds of birds and the potential sightings of seals, pelicans and dolphins; whilst sipping your tea/coffee or eating your breakfast. Bask in the sunlight that floods the space or cozy up with the gas heater on cooler days. Complete with a queen size bed and linen, exceptional wardrobe space, generous sized bathroom including towels. Enjoy our beautiful local beach or explore the many other wonderful attractions that Streaky Bay and the surrounding district has to offer. Your perfect coastal couples retreat is just waiting for you. The property is not suited to people with mobility issues, infants, children or pets. A true adult only escape. Guest access * Keys accessed from either the Hosts or a key lock box. * Access to the outdoor dining and outdoor kitchen facilities. * Off street parking * Sorry access to the Lookout (Upstairs Accommodation is not suitable to people with mobility issues - Please refer to the staircase photos). Other things to note * Restricted to couples only (25 years or over). * Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am * The property is off-grid. Operating by a solar powered battery system and rainwater. Please be conservative with these precious resources. The bathtub is limited to Wintertime use only and/or subject to the level of our water tanks at that time. Also no washing of vehicles. Being that South Australia is the driest state in Australia. * Wifi is available and free via our Starlink service. A Smart TV is also in the room. * Your Hosts live on the property in the lower level house. The Lookout is a separate large upstairs building which comprises of an open plan 1 bedroom/living area, bathroom (with separate toilet) and balcony. * Tea/Coffee, breakfast cereals, bread & condiments for toast provided. * Sorry no pets permitted. Although, Ringo our Border Collie is quite happy to receive pats.
