Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Please note that certain cupboards or storage areas may be reserved for the host and are not for guest use. Other things to note Important Information for Long-Term Stays For stays longer than one month, we ask guests to take note of the following: ⚡ Electricity & Heating Electricity is included up to €100 per month. Any usage above this amount will be charged separately. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of energy use, especially with heating, due to current high energy costs. 🧾 Deposit A deposit is required in advance to cover utilities and any potential damages. All utility bills will be transparent and available for review at any time.
