The space The property offers you private access to a house with single-level, wheelchair-accessible entry, covering 100 m². In addition, the accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 separate bedrooms each with a TV, a living room with a sofa, a pool table, and a dartboard. In addition, you have access to a balcony and a terrace with an outdoor shower, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a barbecue. On the other hand, we are happy to welcome your furry or two furry friends into our Airbnb, as we understand that pets are an integral part of your family. A guide will be available that will contain a presentation of the accommodation, the house rules, the important numbers, the free Wi-Fi access code, the various activities or restaurants nearby. After each visit, we will make every effort to ensure that everything is properly disinfected inside the accommodation taking into account people with allergies. Guest access Private home with access to a private outdoor area Other things to note It is important to bear in mind that guests will have completely private access to the house, the terrace, and the outdoor area that belongs to the house. There is another unit in the basement that is also on Airbnb, as the house is built in two sections. Both units are occupied by Airbnb guests, but at no time or in no place do the two parties come into contact with each other. We have installed cameras at the entrances and the outdoor parking lot to secure any unwanted access and which only film the entrances (gate and garage door). A few rules to follow: It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. However, you are allowed to smoke outside, but cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash can, not in the garden or on the balcony.
