Just 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, come and settle into our 120 m² Normandy farmhouse, located in a quiet, green setting. It’s the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend, get together as a group, or enjoy a break in the countryside. A major plus: its charm in any season. Authentic living room with exposed beams and a fireplace for winter; enclosed, tree-lined 2,000-m² garden for sunny days. The space Dining: Because great times are made around big tables, our dining room has a table for 6 people, which can be extended to seat up to 12 guests (chairs available). Kitchen: 100% equipped, just like at home; you will find everything you need to cook for a large group. Bedrooms: The house has 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds. On the ground floor: - A double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) - one bedroom with bunk beds (35 x 79 inches) - A double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) adjoining the house (exterior access via the kitchen) Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Bathrooms - Upstairs, a bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet - On the ground floor, a shower room with toilet The Garden Enjoy a 2,000 m² (21,500 sq ft) flat, wooded, and fully enclosed property. It’s a playground. Safe for children and especially for your dogs, who are welcome at our place! Indoor Amenities: - Towels and bed linen provided - Internet (Wi-Fi), Netflix, and Amazon Prime - Washer-dryer machine - Kitchen: Oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, Airfryer, toaster, kettle, and dishes for 12 people. Heating & fireplace: - Fireplace: for your evenings by the fire, firewood will be provided. - Radiators: the house is equipped with oil heating and an outdoor thermostat, as well as 2 electric radiators in the bedroom. There will be an additional charge for heating from October to April (based on consumption).
