The space The villa welcomes guests with a comfortable entrance hall that leads seamlessly to all the rooms. It has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds that can be joined, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. All rooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, bedside tables and chests of drawers to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Inside, there are two fully equipped bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet, as well as a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for feeling at home. The spaces are ideal for sharing convivial moments, thanks to large tables for 8–10 people. The real highlight of the villa is its exterior: a stunning seafront veranda with direct access to the beach, designed for enjoying every moment of the day to the full. Here, you will find an outdoor kitchen equipped with mosquito nets, a laundry area with a washing machine, a living area for relaxing, a barbecue, a large dining table, and a comfortable swing chair. The veranda also features an outdoor shower, and for maximum comfort, we provide guests with 2 deckchairs and 2 parasols to use during their days at the beach. The property also includes 2 indoor parking spaces and 1 outdoor space. The villa is located on a private road, ensuring peace and privacy, while still being close to restaurants, the seafront, equipped beaches, and attractions for adults and children.
