Visit campus or loved ones at our family-friendly one-level home. Just a quick drive to Cedarville University and historic Yellow Springs, our cozy ranch is graced with comfort and charm. Prepare meals in our well-stocked kitchen, relax by the fire pit in our large, fenced-in back yard (equipped with a tree swing for the littles), and enjoy streaming services on our comfy leather sofa with free Wifi and 75" TV. Walk downtown to Lola's Mexican, Beans & Cream, Colonial Pizza or hike local trails! The space Our home has 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, and a twin bunk - all fully furnished with new mattresses, extra pillows and extra blankets. Featuring 1 full bathroom, washer & dryer, and kitchen with a barstool height island and farm-style dining table to seat up to 8 people. The living space is arranged with a leather sectional couch, large coffee table great for family game night, several comfy chairs, and highlighted by a 75 inch mounted TV. Photos from various travels on display in the home were made by the owner, a professional photographer. Our fenced in backyard is a nice flat play area for kids and equipped with a tree swing. We also have a furnished patio with exterior hanging lights and a fire pit. The driveway is wide enough to fit up to 4 cars, and our home is a short walk into town near the Ohio to Erie paved bike path, local shops, restaurants, churches, a library, and Cedarville University. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and yard.
