Welcome to paradise! This home is located on a 2.3 acre oceanfront lot in The community of Dr.'s Brook and is a 15 minute drive from the town of Antigonish. The house has an unparalleled view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets off the west deck. The beach is only 100 feet away from the house where you can swim, snorkel, walk, collect shells or just relax. If you like to be active on the water, there are 2 kayaks available for guest use as well. If relaxing is your goal know that the beach is very quiet, as there are only 3 other cottages nearby. And, 3 km down the road is Arisaig Provincial park with day walking trails, fossil hunting and a public beach with sand bar at low tide. The Lighthouse sells yummy ice cream there in the summer too! Other things to note The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed as does the basement bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor each have 2 single beds in them.
