Its reception hall can host your private or professional events in a convivial atmosphere. A peaceful haven, perfect for gatherings with family or friends. The space 13 comfortable bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, including one bedroom for up to 6 people. All rooms can be configured (double or twin) according to your needs. The reception room extends the experience: ideal for your events, seminars, or meetings, with a fully equipped kitchen (non-professional), beautiful tableware, and glassware to ensure the best possible hosting experience. The adjoining kitchen will help you prepare family meals, or you have free access to the catering service. The Domaine consists of: 2 cottages, in total: * Exterior access, entrance, on the ground floor, 2 PRM bedrooms with a double bed; upstairs, 4 convertible bedrooms (double or twin), a kitchenette, a dining area, a cozy living room, and a terrace invite you to relax. * 1 bedroom on the ground floor, sleeps 6 * 6 bedrooms above the reception/seminar room. Reception room for up to 50 people, dishes, glassware, tables, and chairs. Kitchen adjacent to the living room. The total sleeping capacity is 30 people + 4 pull-out beds, or 34 people. The number of travelers is to be confirmed during our communications. The Domaine is beautifully bright, pleasantly laid out, and offers the perfect setting to fully enjoy a stay with family or friends. The wooded, green space is located opposite the Domaine. Basic consumables provided: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets... These are welcome amenities, and you will need to replenish them as needed during your stay. Guest access Convenient, self-service guest access. The Domaine will be made private for the guest. Other things to note Please indicate the exact number of guests; for more than 16 people, please let me know by message as soon as you request to book. This allows us to prepare the Domaine in the best possible conditions. PA system allowed indoors only.
