The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and dressing room with washing machine, veranda overlooking the garden, garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, solarium overlooking the sea with beach access. The beach is free, the seabed is sandy and particularly suitable for children. The space The LIVING ROOM has a table with 6 chairs, sideboard and tablecloth, sitting area with TV, 2 armchairs that open and can be used as a fifth and sixth bed. The KITCHENETTE is equipped with basic equipment (stove, sink, microwave or combined oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, filtering pitcher, toaster, blender, electric juicer, pots, dishes, cutlery) and basic products for your arrival (oil, salt, vinegar, spices, coffee, tea, sugar). From the living room you can reach the VERANDA overlooking the garden, furnished with a table and 6 chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.60x1.90 m double bed and the other with 2 0.80x1.90 m single beds (on request, instead of the two beds, it is possible to place a second 1.60x1.90 m double bed). The DRESSING ROOM contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board, towels and leads to the BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and various products (toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo) for short periods of up to 3 days. In the GARDEN you can use relaxation areas with benches and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, solarium with sea view with 3 sunbeds provided. From the garden, going down 14 steps, you reach the beach. Guest access You can take advantage of the apartment's access areas and the garden with its amenities. Use of the pergola at the end of the access road is not permitted.
