The house opens onto an 8-hectare wooded park, shared with the discreet owners who live on site. The house enjoys a prime location near must-see sites: Lascaux IV (20 km), the Vézère Valley with its prehistoric treasures, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil (30 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda (45 km), the Rouffignac caves, and Périgueux with its Saint-Front Cathedral (30 km). This is the perfect base for exploring the Périgord Noir, its picturesque villages, and unspoiled landscapes. Inside, comfort and practicality await. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a friendly dining area, a living room with sofas, TV, and Wifi, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 180x200 bed, separate toilet, and two connecting bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds). All bedrooms have fans for your comfort. Outdoors are designed for relaxation: spacious covered terrace with garden furniture, lounge area, and plancha. The private pool (12x6 m, saltwater, 1.2–2 m deep) is secured and open May–September from 10 am to 8 pm. On-site parking, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
