The upper flat is not part of the rental property and is used by the owner himself. Other things to note Rental of bed linen (per stay) and obligatory visitor's tax from Leuk Tourismus (1.50 CHF per person/night) are a prerequisite and included in the price (the price increases for additional persons, therefore only occupancy as indicated).
