Spacious and bright, the house is ideal for hosting large groups in comfort and privacy, with 12 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 27 beds, as well as a hobby room and gym. It is also a perfect destination for corporate events and team building sessions. Parking is included. The space PLEASE NOTE: The villa has a total capacity of 27 beds. The property is a "Digital Detox" retreat specifically created to promote mental well-being, offering a tranquil environment free from technological distractions. Here, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life and digital devices, guests can fully immerse themselves in nature, rediscovering the pleasure of silence and serenity. This property is also a true yoga retreat, an ideal location for yoga retreats. Cushions and mats are available for yoga practice, relaxation, and meditation, immersed in the tranquility of Monferrato. Private lessons with a teacher can be arranged upon request (payment on site). The approximately 800 square meter house is spread over two levels; please note that there are internal stairs to access the upper floor. The large 2000-square-meter garden offers: - Large outdoor parking lot, within the gates (20 spaces) - Swimming pool open from May 15th to September 30th, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas - Tables, chairs, and umbrellas - Gym with split air conditioning, speakers for phone connection to stream music, sports equipment, and yoga equipment. Additional amenities available to guests include Wi-Fi, independent heating, three terraces, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). Guests can also enjoy an outdoor barbecue and light a bonfire in the evenings, for magical sunsets among the Monferrato hills. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - No A/C in the ground-floor bedrooms. - The outdoor area is under video surveillance for security reasons. - The caretaker lives inside the property in a separate annex, so the outdoor spaces are shared with him. - WIFI does NOT cover the bedrooms: the walls are very thick and the connection is limited. ONLY the living areas and the garden are covered. - The pool is open from May 15th to September 30th. - Access to the parking lot is via a code that will be provided at check-in. - The cellar in the living room is NOT accessible. - The fireplace and TV in the reception area are NOT available. - Please dispose of garbage every 3 days, as per the schedule provided in the accommodation. - A security deposit of €500 will be required upon booking. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, while the grounds are shared with the caretaker who lives in the annex. Other things to note ATTENTION: You are required to dispose of all trash; otherwise, a disposal fee of €150 will be charged. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
