Here, you can enjoy your breakfast in the outdoor dining area, on the patio, or on the balcony, and swim in the sea or in the pool, grill on the BBQ, and let the kids play in the garden. In the afternoon, you can relax by the pool with a drink, enjoying the beautiful sunset over the sea. The house is part of an elegant complex of two buildings connected by a central atrium, which houses a total of three independent apartments. Also available for short-term rental in the same building is a ground-floor apartment with a similar layout and direct access to the outdoor area. It is possible to book both apartments together for larger groups or families who want to spend their vacation together. The interior features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. It is a functional and welcoming space with plenty of natural light and large openings to the garden, the pool, and the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove, meeting basic meal-preparation needs. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four people. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath seat are also provided upon request. The two bathrooms are small and functional, with a walk-in shower (no stall), a toilet, and a sink. All windows have screens and fast WiFi is provided in all areas. The apartment has balconies in each room and direct access to a patio, which is mainly used by the guests. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the first-floor apartment and shared access to the first-floor patio, the pool, the garden, and the BBQ area. The pool and outdoor areas are shared with the ground-floor apartment, as well as with the adjacent residence (second building – ground floor and first floor). A shared washing machine is available in an enclosed outdoor area, as well as a parking lot within the plot. Other things to note Use of the Pool • The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. • During quiet hours (15:00–17:00), use is permitted with respect and without noise. • The use of the pool is at the personal responsibility of the guests. • Children must be constantly supervised by an adult, who bears full responsibility for their safety. • Upon arrival, a pool use form must be signed for safety reasons. • There is no unusual presence of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. However, as is generally the case outdoors, those who are particularly sensitive may want to bring mosquito repellent with them. Kitchen • In the kitchen, there are two stovetops suitable for preparing simple meals. The refrigerator is small. Bathroom • The bathroom is functional and has a hand-held shower without a separate stall, so part of the space may get wet during showering.
