Bring your whole family or friends to our spacious 4 bedroom house. We can accommodate up to 8 people and have 2 great living spaces. We have a lovely undercover patio with bbq, outdoor setting and lawned gardens. It's a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with 2 undercover parks for vehicles and plenty of off street parking. Just a 2 minute drive to the boutique shops in Loxton or a minute to the beautiful Thiele's Sandbar riverfront. A place to relax and retreat in the beautiful Riverland. The space The house is a restful retreat with a great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a large kitchen dining space and outdoor dining area. There are 2 televisions (one is a smart tv), in the living areas. WiFi is available. Ducted heating and cooling to the whole home. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 have queen beds and 2 have double beds. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms (an ensuite and main) and a separate toilet. We have a full laundry, (washing machine) and dryer. We have off street parking for 4 vehicles or a boat and secure undercover parking for 2 vehicles Guest access Large group bookings will have access to the whole house. Some bedrooms and one bathroom will be locked for small bookings who don't book all bedrooms. Other things to note Strictly no pets please. When booking, please specify number of beds required. Some bedrooms and 1 bathroom will be locked if you have a small booking and do not require them for sustainability. Please be respectful of our neighbours, no parties and minimal noise after 10pm and before 7am is appreciated. There is a fireplace that is not for use at this time.
