Lovely 6 bedroom house, sleeps 10 hot tub, firepit

Relax with the whole family at this wonderful place to stay. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of the local shops which include a co-op, hairdressers and takeaway. It is also within walking distance of three local pubs all which are fantastic and have their own special characteristics. It is a 10 minute drive to Southampton and a 10 minute drive to Romsey. Peppa Pig World is just a 10 minute drive away as is The New Forest The space We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We are renting out at certain times throughout the year when we are travelling. It is a large home that we think is ideal for families wanting to visit Southampton and the surrounding areas. The property is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The lounge has a triple and double sofa and a chair in the bay window. We have a large open plan kitchen diner with a dining table that seats up to 10. The conservatory has a triple and double sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a boiling water tap to make quick cups of tea etc and a Nespresso Citiz coffee maker that takes pods. The cupboards will have spices and extras if you wish to cook in. There is a utility room with a washing machine and condenser dryer, sink and microwave. Next to this is a study with desk and shelving for anyone that needs space to work in private. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one has a small ensuite with a king size bed, drawers and hanging space, the other is a single also with drawers and hanging space. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one single, the largest of which has an ensuite and kingsize bed. All have wardrobes and drawers. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Please let me know if you require a cot and highchair for infants. We have an EV charger available for your use, over night charging only. There are also EV chargers at the nearby Lidl, about a 5 minute drive. Sainsbury's is a 7 minute drive There are bus stops at the top of the road for Southampton and Romsey . Guest access The whole of the house and garden are available to guests. There is a larder in the kitchen which is locked and stores some of our things but there is plenty of storage in the kitchen for guests. The garage is locked and not for guests use. There is space for 3 cars outside our property. Any other cars can park in the nearby street where there are plenty of free parking spaces. The area opposite our neighbours homes belongs to them and is for their parking only. Please do not offend our neighbours by parking there. Other things to note Our property is not available for loud gatherings. We live in a small close and have a lovely neighbours which we do not want to upset. We therefore ask that any noise is kept to an acceptable level while in the garden and that quiet hours are from 11 pm. We want you to enjoy your stay and ask that our neighbours are respected.
