Spacious and family-friendly house about a 10-minute drive to Kolmården Zoo. Ideal for families wanting to visit the park or enjoy nature and the many lakes in the area. Quiet area with plenty of parking and space to relax. Large common areas, comfortable beds, and a perfect base for exploring Kolmården, Norrköping, and the beautiful nature of Östergötland. The space On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bright living room with TV and plenty of space for socializing. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. From the ground floor you can also reach the patio where you can enjoy quiet moments outdoors. Upstairs Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with 140 cm bed and one with 120 cm bed. There is also a room with a sofa bed that can easily be made into a double bed. On the floor there are also toys and games for children. A bathroom with a shower and a toilet is also available here. Outside areas Spacious deck at the back of the house with a dining area, barbecue and lounge sofa. At the front of the house there is a large lawn to play on. An electric car charger is available in the carport for a fee. Self and check out with key in the code box. Towels and sheets are included in the fee. Guest access The basement is not included in the rental because we store private belongings there. However, a washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used as needed. Please let us know in advance, and we will help you arrange access. Other things to note The property is part of a semi-detached house but has its own entrance, garden, and patio. The patios are located on different sides, which means you can enjoy privacy and peace and quiet.
