Cozy wooden house close to downtown - Kościan

Cozy (24 sqm) wooden cottage, in a charming garden, on a plot of approx. 400 sqm, close to the center of Kościan. Enjoy privacy, peace and quiet surrounded by greenery, have a barbecue with a view of the beautiful magnolia tree :) The space If you love the smell of wood, peace and quiet, a simple life without great luxuries, a sense of privacy and greenery, then you will love our place! The cottage has: - a kitchenette with a heating plate, - a drip coffee maker (filters aren't included), - an electric kettle - a refrigerator with a small freezer - washing machine - a hair dryer - an electric heater - air-fan - an electric led fireplace with heating option - TV i radio - a folding clothes drying rack (which can be placed on the terrace or in the garden) - large charcoal grill (coal isn't included) - bed linen and towels - basics (toilet paper, salt, sugar, coffee, tea) - sunbeds - a cupboard. There is a shower in the bathroom. You will sleep on a small 1-2 person folding sofa (dimensions: width approx. 135 cm, length approx. 190 cm). The cottage is quite simply furnished, but functional - ideal for undemanding people :) Please note that the whole cottage (including the floor) is made of wood, so although it is always cleaned before guests arrive, it is NOT perfectly clean (some dirt always "gets into" the spaces between the boards, and there are also sometimes some little harmless spiders inside and outside the cottage ;) ). So if you require sterility, we warn you - unfortunately this offer will not meet your expectations ;) Also for information - the windows in the house do not have glass but plastic (plexiglass). Other things to note The cottage is uninsulated and not heated, but it is warm enough from mid-spring to late summer/early autumn. Additionally, in case of cold weather, you have a portable electric heater at your disposal and an electric led fireplace with heating option. For hot days there’s also a fan.
