Flexible zoning allows for comfortable stays for both families and large groups of friends. Ground Floor: Kitchen and Dining Area: An open space with a large dining table and a real wood-burning fireplace. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening conversations, and tasting local delicacies. Sauna Area: A relaxation room with a wood-burning sauna, shower, and a cozy seating area. Direct access to the terrace makes the sauna experience exceptionally comfortable and refreshing. Additional Amenities: A guest bathroom on this floor and a convenient entrance area. First Floor: Bedrooms: Two cozy, private bedrooms guarantee a deep and peaceful sleep. Living Room: A spacious and bright relaxation area with a large sofa that easily fits the whole group. For cozy evenings, there is a huge TV with a stereo system and Netflix access. Study: A separate quiet space with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi — ideal for those who need to stay connected. Other things to note The villa is located on a quiet one-way street, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
