CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT • Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. • Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m. • Any late check-out not agreed in advance may be charged. • An inventory will be carried out jointly upon check-in and check-out. We reserve the right to request immediate financial compensation in the event of damage. 2. OCCUPANCY CAPACITY The number of people allowed to stay in the house is strictly limited to the number indicated at the time of booking. Any additional, undeclared guests are not permitted without prior agreement from the owner. 3. NO SMOKING 🚭 The house is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. No smoking inside the house is allowed. • If you wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from windows and doors. • ⚠ In the event of non-compliance, a cleaning and odor-removal fee may be charged. 4. PETS NOT ALLOWED 🐾 No pets are allowed in the house, either indoors or in the outdoor areas, for reasons of hygiene and allergies. • ⚠ Any stay with an undeclared pet may result in termination of the contract without a refund. 5. PARTIES AND EVENTS PROHIBITED 🎉 Guests are strictly forbidden from holding parties, soirées, events, or gatherings within the house or its outbuildings (garden, terrace, etc.). • The number of outside visitors is limited to the number of people indicated at the time of booking. • The peace and quiet of the neighborhood must be respected at all times. • ⚠ In the event of a complaint from neighbors or a clear disturbance, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund. 6. QUIET AND NEIGHBORHOOD 🔇 • Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • Noise nuisances (loud music, repetitive sounds) are prohibited at all times. • Please respect the neighborhood as you would like to be respected. 7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANLINESS 🧹 Guests agree to leave the house in a satisfactory state of cleanliness upon departure. • Take out garbage cans and place them in the designated areas. • Leave the dishes clean and tidy. • Report any damage or malfunctions to the owner immediately. • ⚠ In the event of damage, a restoration fee may be charged. 8. SECURITY 🔑 • Lock doors and windows every time you leave the property and at bedtime. • Do not give access codes or keys to unauthorized third parties. • In the event that the keys are lost, the cost of replacing them will be borne by the tenant. • Check that all cooking appliances are completely extinguished before leaving the premises. By staying in this house, you acknowledge that you have read these house rules and agree to abide by them.
