Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house. Guest access You have the complete house/garden for yourself Other things to note The house is in a very quiet area with a lot of families. You have to respect that. I means, not any loud music or parties after 11 o clock in the night.
