Guest access Guests can access the apartment via self check-in using a key box. Depending on the apartment location, the key box may be located either: • near the main entrance of the building • or directly at the terrace entrance for ground floor apartments The key provided opens both the main entrance and the apartment. Before arrival, guests will receive detailed instructions and the key box code through the guest portal.
