Apartment "Urban Chic"– ideal for families & business near Munich! The NBnB (new building 2024) for max. 4 people is located in a very quiet and well-kept residential area in Germering (southeast of the state capital Munich). The S-Bahn to Munich in about 20 minutes can be reached in about 4 minutes by car and in about 10 minutes on foot. The nearby lakes (Starnberg, Ammersee, Wörthsee) offer a variety of attractive leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, etc. Guest access The entire accommodation, as well as the terrace and 1 parking space (Dublex Parker) in the underground parking lot are at your disposal. Other things to note Pets are not allowed due to allergy sufferers. Please enter the apartment for hygienic reasons and because of the vinyl floor only barefoot or with slippers. To avoid scratches on the floor, please carry your suitcase through the house. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking by the open window or right outside the door is not allowed. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace. In the interior design, we have largely paid attention to the allergic friendliness (e.g. mattresses, bed linen and textiles are friendly). However, NBnB does not take any responsibility for any allergic reactions of the guest. The quiet hours from 8 pm to 7 am and the house rules set by NBnB must be observed.
