It’s full of character and offers a cosy, comfortable stay surrounded by bushland. Inside, you’ll find: • Three bedrooms - including a main bedroom with a king bed, a room with a queen bed and smaller bunk room suitable for children • A warm living area with an indoor wood fire • A fully equipped kitchen • Outdoor BBQ and firepit area • Carport for easy access The Cottage is best suited to couples, small families, or a few friends looking for a relaxed, no-fuss getaway. It’s an older home, and while clean and comfortable, it has a lived-in, rustic feel (including some well-loved carpet). It’s also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry companions along without worry. A quick heads-up on layout: The bathroom and toilet are accessed through the queen bed bedroom, and the bunk room is located beyond this space. The bathroom includes a small, older-style shower-over-bath. ⸻ Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the walking tracks around the property, including: • A scenic walk down to the dam • A steeper climb up to a lookout with beautiful views back over the property • Tracks that follow the boundary of the land It’s a great spot for a wander, a picnic, or simply soaking up the quiet. ⸻ Other things to note • The Cottage is positioned privately, with a west-facing outlook—perfect for sunset views. • The main house on the property is also listed on Airbnb, but both spaces are positioned to maintain privacy during your stay. • There is no Wi-Fi, but Telstra 5G reception is available. Electric vehicle charging: Due to the age of the property’s wiring, EV charging is limited. A flat fee of $40 per day applies, and we ask that you let us know in advance. Using multiple appliances at once may trip the power, which also affects the main house.
