Guest suite in Saskatoon

This basement suite is within a bungalow in a charming neighbourhood with great access to amenities. An outdoor pool is two blocks away and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful park is also minutes away. For students, Saskatchewan PolyTech is a ten minute walk. Very centralize location for getting around Saskatoon . We greet all guests and exchange keys The space Self contained basement suite (shared entry), full kitchen, in suite laundry, dishwasher, wall mount tv , cable and netflix.... mattress pad heat ... The suite is newly renovated and decorated with our Mexican treasures .. very spacious and beautiful . The suite is approximately 700 square feet Other things to note We are quiet people , evening are for relaxation.. we are early raisers .. I diffuse essential oils in my house but not in the suite You must like dogs ... No late check in available
