Stylish, bright 48 sq m attic apartment in a quiet village near Lake Chiemsee and the Innsalzach River. The high-quality wood ceiling, modern kitchen, and cozy furnishings create a special, feel-good atmosphere. On the private balcony, guests can enjoy coffee in the morning and beautiful sunsets. Thanks to a separate entrance with a key box, flexible check-in is possible at any time. The space Family- and dog-friendly apartment with a large garden Our cozy apartment is particularly suitable for families. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), which can also accommodate a baby if needed. For children, there is also a cozy sleeping area on the mezzanine level with a mattress (140 × 200 cm) – ideal for little adventurers. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room: a folding bed (140 × 200 cm) can be set up here if needed. In addition, an extra bed (80 × 220 cm / 31.5 × 86.6 in) can be set up on the couch. The fully fenced garden can be used by our guests, but children under 8 years of age may only enter it unaccompanied if they are supervised or if we have been notified in advance. For cozy evenings, a rustic stone grill and a fire pit are available in the garden shed. An inviting seating area and an outdoor bar invite you to relax, sit together, and enjoy. Guest access Dogs are allowed to move around freely in the front entrance area. The back garden, including the garden shed, can also be used by prior arrangement. Before using this area, we ask that you take a moment to meet our dog “Rocky” (a French Bulldog). Ideally, children should not be afraid of dogs. Should this nevertheless be the case, please let us know in advance – of course, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
