Apartment near the city center with a parking space

The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the area: - Close to the center of Pruszcz Gdański - Approximately 13 minutes by car from the center of Gdańsk - About a 15-minute drive to the airport - 3–4 minutes by car to the Tricity bypass - 20 minutes by car to the beach in Sobieszewo - 5-minute walk to the bus stop - 20-minute walk to the train station. Close to a shopping and service center with stores, a gym, and dining options. This fully equipped apartment will ensure a comfortable stay. The space This 40 m² apartment is perfect for 2–3 people and families with children. Equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a smart TV where you can watch your own streaming services (such as Netflix), a fold-out table and chairs, a fold-out sofa, and high-speed internet. You can also use the spacious walk-in closet. At the guests’ request, the apartment can be adapted for children free of charge (i.e., high chair, crib with bedding set, baby bath). Kitchen The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and induction stovetop, as well as an electric kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules and tea. In addition, in the kitchen, you will find glasses, mugs, wine glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and a pan, a can and bottle opener, a corkscrew, a children's set, and basic kitchen spices. Bathroom In the bathroom, you will find: a shower, a washing machine (including laundry capsules), a hairdryer, and a basic toiletries kit. Bedroom Bed measuring 160 x 200 cm (5' 3" x 6' 7"). The apartment has two west-facing balconies. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor (in a building with an elevator). Check-in is possible at any time after 3:00 p.m. (including late at night). If you would like to check in before 3:00 p.m., please contact us to see if this is possible. Parking is possible: 1) In a private space in the garage (free of charge and with a guaranteed available space 24 hours a day) 2) On the street (free of charge 24 hours a day, but with no guarantee of available spaces). Neighborhood Around the building, there are numerous restaurants, grocery stores (e.g., Biedronka, Żabka), a shopping and service center with a gym, a 24-hour gas station, and playgrounds. Other things to note No parties or other events are allowed in the apartment. In the event of a violation of the above prohibition and the intervention of the Police or other authority, we will charge you an additional fee of PLN 2,000. The apartment also has a total ban on smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated cigarettes). If the above prohibition is broken, we will charge you a fee of 1000 zł.
