The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the two bedrooms offers a queen-sized bed. All rooms have spacious wardrobes for clothing and luggage. BATHROOM: The property features two bathrooms, plus an additional separate toilet. The first bathroom, an ensuite to the master bedroom, includes a toilet and shower. The second bathroom has a shower and bath. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - electric kettle - toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a CHIQ 40" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The house features a driveway with 2 parking spaces, plus one visitor parking space conveniently located near the townhouse entrance. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
