Ideal house for a family holiday (pétanque court)

The "Tirangîte" cottage is ideal for a rejuvenating group stay, in the heart of the Haute-Loire countryside, in Tiranges. The house is located in the heart of the Haute-Loire mountain bike trail, the Chemin de Compostelle, and close to the village of Saint-André-de-Chalencon, which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages with character in the region. You can enjoy a wide range of activities: fishing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, spa... but also discover some excellent restaurants nearby, such as Lou Pignatou. The space House with large living spaces designed to promote conviviality: large indoor and outdoor table for shared meals, round sofa space, bright living room… The floor-to-ceiling windows and south facing terrace are ideal for meeting, slowing down and relaxing in the face of nature. The accommodation offers a great modularity of sleeping arrangements: - the red bedroom with a double bed and a double pull-out sofa bed that can be prepared on request, - the purple bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed that can be prepared on request, - the blue room with a double bed, - the green dorm under a ridge, sleeping up to two double beds and two single beds. This dorm is more atypical and attic: it is not always possible to stand on it. It's more suitable for children or adults who are comfortable with sloping spaces. This will allow us to adapt the preparation of beds according to your preferences and the composition of your group. You will have two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet, as well as a third independent toilet. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Upstairs, a reading area will allow you to relax in front of the greenery visible from the glass window. Parking is also available, convenient to accommodate groups. Outside, you can enjoy a private pétanque court, as well as several garden furniture (sofa square or large outdoor table) Be careful, the staircase inside has an open-work railing; special vigilance is recommended with young children. You will also find in our photos some images of the Tiranges playground, located near the cottage. A very pleasant space for children with zipline, swings, slide, picnic area and large green spaces to fully enjoy the outdoors. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house: the three floors, the garden and the car park. Other things to note Le Tirangîte is a place designed for slowing down, getting together and taking care of your well-being, in a natural, calm and bright setting. Here, everything invites you to enjoy the present moment: large, convivial tables, natural light, shared evenings and the omnipresent nature. To extend these moments, you will find a board game bar and karaoke on site. We are convinced that a stay in the heart of the Haute-Loire can be an opportunity to reconnect with the essentials, far from the daily grind. Of course, the gîte also has Wi-Fi access.
