Casita Sunshine, has its own sun and terrace area. There are 2 holiday homes on the finca: Casa Maxi and Casita Susana. Casita Susana is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two residential units has its own outdoor area and thus creates privacy, only for pool use do guests of Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi. The finca supplies itself with solar energy. Therefore there are none of the big "power guzzlers" like dishwashers or washing machines in the house. Both cottages are modernly furnished on a well-kept plot.
