Our newly renovated small vacation apartment "Teichrose" has an area of approx. 30 m² and includes a living/sleeping room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen (portable hotplates) and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. For 2 people, please allow a short break (about 10 minutes) between showers so that everyone really has warm water until the end. 😉 Unfortunately, the garden area is not available. Guest access My guests have free Internet access. (Wi-Fi) Other things to note Airbnb will continue to charge a service fee to Hosts (3%) and guests (14%–16%). However, both service fees have been combined, and since spring 2026, the host has had to pay them in full. Therefore, the price for your stay in our apartment, which is visible to you as a guest at first glance, has visibly increased. However, it is important to me to mention that the actual nightly rate has not increased!
