Our newly renovated small apartment "Teichrose" comprises an area of approx. 30 m², a living/sleeping room with fully equipped fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. However, both service fees have been combined, and since spring 2026, the host has had to pay them in full. Therefore, the price for your stay in our apartment, which is visible to you as a guest at first glance, has visibly increased.
