It operates in full compliance with current Greek legislation, ensuring reliability, comfort, and peace of mind for its guests. About the Space: Ground Floor: — Bedroom 1: Two (2) single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), autonomous air conditioning, wardrobe, and a veranda with a view. — Kitchen (Compact): Fully equipped with modern electrical appliances. — Dining Area: Indoor dining table for 3 guests, with access to a private veranda overlooking the pool. — Living Room: Sofa that converts into a single bed, 40" HD Smart TV, and coffee table. — Bathroom: Sink and shower. Outdoor Area: — Shared swimming pool (25 sq.m., depth 1.30 – 1.60 m). — Outdoor shower. — Sun loungers and umbrellas. — Shaded outdoor dining and sitting area under an umbrella. — Parking space available outside the property. Other Things to Note: Climate Resilience Tax: The accommodation cost does not include the Climate Resilience Tax. For this property, the fee is €8 per night from April to October, payable upon check-in.
