The space The property is split into two independent levels to ensure both social connection and private moments and is fully air-conditioned for ultimate comfort during the summer months. The upper level hosts the spacious open-plan living areas with high wooden-beamed ceilings and stone floors, alongside a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a kitchen island. This level also includes two elegantly decorated bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The lower level, accessible via a separate entrance, functions as an autonomous suite with a spacious double bedroom, its own private en-suite bathroom, and a refrigerator for added convenience. The experience is completed by the expansive outdoor areas, featuring a large green garden and a quiet back yard with a dining table for shaded meals, while the main veranda, furnished with a premium lounge, offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Dia Island. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your wine while gazing at the iconic Dia Island. We are pet owners ourselves and we would be very happy to host your pet friend with some basic rules though. 1. Pets should always be with their owners and not stay alone in the apartment. 2. Pets should be well trained 3. In case of any damages to the property compensation must be paid to restore the damage.
