The Gables - Fabulous Views with Hot Tub sleeps 8

Our guests love the beautiful views at The Gables, from the open‑plan living areas to the balcony and hot tub overlooking Aberdyfi. Families especially appreciate the peaceful setting, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 modern bedrooms (including 2 ensuite rooms), it’s the ideal base for beach days, coastal walks and relaxed evenings. It’s often described as a special place for memorable getaways, with many guests already planning to return. The space Bedroom 1 With a king-size bed that can be split into two 3ft singles on request, this bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a double shower, light-up mirror, WC, heated towel rail and sink. Also featuring views out to sea and French door access out to the smaller, south-facing balcony. For storage there is a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 With a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, coat rack and hangers for clothes, plus an ensuite bathroom with WC, sink, shower, light-up mirror and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 This room has a super king-size bed which can be made into twin beds on request. It also has a bedside table and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 This room has bunk beds, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Family Bathroom Featuring a freestanding, double-ended bath, a large shower, WC, light-up mirror and sink, plus a heated towel rail. Kitchen The open plan kitchen has a large kitchen island with integrated wine fridge, breakfast bar seating and induction hob with ceiling-mounted extractor fan. There is also a dishwasher, built-in microwave, large fridge-freezer, double oven with grill, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and electric milk frother. Living Room & Dining Area With floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning estuary views, the open plan living space has a SMART TV, comfy lounge seating for eight people, a large dining table with bench seating and sliding patio doors out to a large balcony terrace. There is also a small coffee lounge space with two comfy chairs facing towards the views – perfect for a morning coffee, a quiet afternoon or an evening drink before dinner.
