GF space tucked in corner of house gives a cosy feel . AIRPORT-15 min L&T-200 mts 15 mts walk to DLF IT park & Chennai trade center. MIOT- 1 km away, Olympia 3 km,Omega school -4 SMOKING OUTSIDE ROOM.. OUTSIDE GUESTS NOT ALLOWED.. The space A cottage tucked in the corner of the bungalow with a queen sized double bed . has a mini kitchen with all provisions for mild cooking. done tastefully in Kerala style with wooden ceiling roofing.. a seperate balcony through the spiral staircase is available if needed.. an elliptical is also there if required for a workout .. the garden area is avl for a stroll too.. parking is at the dead end of the enclave in front of our house.. all amenities is provided with toiletries too.. Guest access the entire cottage along with the garden area and even the balcony sitout .. Other things to note 1. Bookings after 9pm for that same night is not welcome unless it is an emergency.. 2. I will need softcopies of address IDs of all guests staying in the property.
