We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, with an extra fee of Php500 for each additional guest beyond 6. Guests who booked 20 nights above will be charged with separate electric bill. All we kindly ask is that you park mindfully to ensure you aren't blocking other vehicles, helping everyone in the community move in and out with ease. Other things to note Check-in & Check-out Policy Early Check-in: We understand you may arrive ahead of schedule! Early check-in is subject to approval and depends entirely on the unit's availability immediately prior to your arrival. Please message us on the day of your check-in to confirm. Late Check-out: To allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the sanctuary for the next guests, late check-outs are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in vacating the unit by the scheduled time. Booking Requirements Upon confirming your stay, please provide us with the following details: Total Guest Count: Please advise us of the exact number of people in your group, including children. Valid IDs of all guests: Please note that as part of our policy and to ensure safety and security of all guests, we would require the IDs of all our guests. Door pin will be sent out once the IDs of all guests are received. Vehicle Details: For security and parking coordination within Forest Residences, please share your car's make, model, and plate number. Occupancy & Security Registered Guests Only: For your safety and ours, only booked guests are permitted to stay in the unit. Light cooking is allowed. Please refrain from cooking fish or foods with lingering smell. Please note that bringing extra, unregistered guests is against our policy and could unfortunately result in a cancelled booking. Strict Non-Smoking Policy No Smoking or Vaping: To maintain the pristine condition of our "forest vibe" interiors, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit. The unit is installed with Smoke Detector so smoking is strictly prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this rule will incur a penalty fee of 1,000 pesos to cover deep cleaning and deodorizing costs. To ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that no pets be brought into the home.
