At the back of the house, an access allows you to reach the river of Avre, located just 100 meters away, perfect for relaxing by the water. Guest access You will receive an information booklet a few days before your arrival. Other things to note A small stream, 20 to 30 cm deep, crosses the garden along the gate. The Avre is 100 m from the property; access is via a space in the fence at the back of the garden. Semi-detached house on one side but not overlooked FIREPLACE/WOOD STOVE The wood for the fireplace is the responsibility of the tenants. You can order wood from the concierge service no later than 5 days before your arrival or buy it from a local supermarket during your stay. **The neighborhood and surrounding area** The house enjoys a particularly peaceful and green environment in the heart of the Avre Valley.
