Relax and feel at home in this charming 3-bedroom stay, perfect for families, small groups, or work trips. Located in Kilkenny, with an enclosed yard, you’ll enjoy a quiet suburban setting while still being close to the city and local conveniences. With the train being so close, the house is fantastic for accessing the city attractions, such as Adelaide Oval, Convention Centre, Entertainment Centre and Rundle Mall. The space The Master bedroom has a double bed with linen and pillows, two side tables, chest of drawers, place to hang clothes, desk and a tv. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with pillows and linen, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with pillows and linen, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. The lounge has a couch, coffee table and tv. The kitchen is full equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave and a few pantry staples. The bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and toilet. It has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels are provided. The yard is fully enclosed with gates at the front and a grass patch for pets. Guest access All areas of the home are available to use excluding the garage shed. Other things to note Metro cards for the train are offered for ease of getting on the train. Adelaide Oval Catch the train towards the city and walk out of the train station heading North and you will see Adelaide Oval as you come out of the tunnel area. Convention Centre Catch the train to the city. From the turnstiles, head South, walk up the stairs or catch the lift and the Convention Centre is 50 meters walk west. Entertainment Centre Catch the train 2 stops to Bowden Station, alight and then walk south about 150ms and walk across the pedestrian crossing of Port Road and you are there. Botanic Gardens Catch the train to the city and get off at the Adelaide Railway Station. Walk up the very big ramp to the tram stop. Catch the tram that says it’s heading to the botanical gardens. Queen Street Cafes They are a 15 min walk or 2 train stops away. Be sure to get off at the Croydon Station heading towards the city to enjoy the Queen Street Cafes. Woodville Take any train heading towards the beach and Woodville is two stops away. There are some lovely eateries, the Woodville Town Hall, the Library and St Clair recreation centre at this location. Glenelg Take the train to the city, get off at the Adelaide Railway Station. Walk up the ramp to the tram stop and catch the tram that says it’s going to Glenelg. Grange Beach Take the train towards the beach, alight at Woodville and then get on the connecting Grange train. Semaphore Beach and local shops Take the Outer Harbour or Osborne train heading towards the beach and alight at Granville. Then walk towards Semaphore road. There will be local shops, a cinema, Jetty, beach and cafes. MJ McInerney Reserve Walk up Pinda street heading towards the city, a 5 minute walk from the home. There is a picnic basket and rug available to use at the home. It’s a lovely reserve with an adventure playground, tennis courts, bike tracks, skate park and basketball/netball rings. I’m flexible with check in requests, leaving the porch light on or accommodating with a port-a-cot. Please just ask, I’d be happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
