The space The Guinea Cottage is 2 bedroom self-contained Cotswold stone annex cottage, perfect for families or group bookings, set on a farm within beautiful Wiltshire countryside. The two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen/living room and shower room are all on the ground floor. There is high-speed (300mb) Gigaclear WiFi. The cottage garden offers beautiful views over the countryside. Stroll out the gate through the farmyard to find a bridleway and lovely walks. Just a short stroll away is the village with a charming pub. Guinea cottage is dog friendly and set at the end of a no through lane outside the village of Upper Seagry, an attractive village nestled in the Wiltshire countryside. Enjoying spectacular rural views from its private garden, this wonderful 2 bedroom home with a wood burner stove is the ideal base to explore the South Cotswolds and with the M4 close by, the cities of Bath, Salisbury and London are easily accessible for day trips. Guinea Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. One king size bed and two 3ft single oak beds. This home away from home is laid across the ground floor and boasts a wood burner in the open plan living area, and a picturesque private garden which overlooks rolling fields. Guest access There is a key box located by the gate. Other things to note Off street parking is available for 2 cars Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic). 1 highchair is available on request, however travel cots are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £20 per booking. Dogs are not welcome on the beds sorry. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs Please note there are free-range chickens and guinea fowl around, so dogs must be kept under control and outside of the garden they need to be on a lead. There is a high-speed WiFi connection. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. A welcome bundle of firewood will be provided during the winter months. Please note that the log burner is not to be used during the summer months (May-September) as migratory birds nest in the chimneys. The chimneys get swept at the end of September each year in preparation for the log burner to be used October - April. We can offer a space to charge your electric car at the cost of the power used. Type 2 standard car charge. Charged @ 50p per kWh
