Quiet apartment near downtown and clinics

Courtyard studio near the Bergkirchweih and the clinics Our new guest apartment is located on the edge of Erlangen's old town between Theaterplatz and Burgberg. Directly across the street is the Kopfklinik. The apartment has an open space concept and high ceilings. You are welcome to use the beautiful inner garden. The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants. The space Living space: You will stay in a loft-like 1-room apartment (46 m², living and sleeping room, kitchenette, separate office corner, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning) that was lovingly renovated in 2018. The main bed is 140 × 200, the second bed is 90 × 190. The sofa bed in the conservatory can be folded out with a 120 × 200 bed surface. The apartment has an open conservatory. You are welcome to use the beautiful, partially covered courtyard. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hotplates, a microwave and various small appliances as well as the usual dishes. In a separate part of the apartment is a large desk 100 × 200. This part is without a door! Breakfast cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and it is just a stone's throw to the Erlangen Bergkirchweih. Due to the location, the apartment is particularly suitable for business travelers (all university hospitals are within walking distance) and tourists, as well as for families with children who can play safely in the enclosed courtyard. At the moment, our two dwarf rabbits also live there. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. It is quietly located in the rear building of the main house. Upon arrival, you will receive all the necessary keys. In terms of noise, there are no considerations. The apartment is quiet. The tenants of the main house are at work during the day. Other important info: Wi-Fi access is free of charge. If something is missing in the kitchen, please let me know. The washing machine can also be used. Towels and linens are provided.
