Spacious, 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment in residence with parking and pool, close to beach and shops. The space Spacious and bright, this apartment offers plenty of space for 6 guests. It has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a canvas shade. The residence is situated only a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket, bars and shops.This gated, guarded residence is secure for children. The apartment is situated on 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (80 x 200). Bedroom 2 has two singles (90 x200). The living room has an excellent sofa bed (140 x 190). Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. The living room is tastefully furnished. Well equipped kitchen with fun oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. The bathroom has a shower and WC with an additional WC in the entrance hall.During your stay, you will have use of the underground private garage. The communal swimming pool has plenty of space around it to lie out in the sun or in the shaded or grassy area. There are 2 pools. A small shallow toddlers pool and a very large pool. The gardens are very pleasant and there is a boules pitch close to the pool area. Residence Juan Flore is ideally situated for visiting La Côte d'Azur. A car is not strictly necessary as there is good bus and train service in the area.The coastal towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo are easy to reach. There are a wide range of beautiful Provençal villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze and Gourdon. In high season, there are plenty of activities, concerts and firework displays to entertain all the family.If you are looking for a lazy holiday, you have a choice of private and public sandy beaches only a short walk away.
